Massage Services

I offer personalised massage & bodywork to help release tension, improve mobility and support your nervous system. Sessions are tailored towards what your body needs on the day, whether that's:

  • deep tissue techniques;
  • nervous system and stress relief;
  • sports massage;
  • mobility work;
  • fascia work;
  • or a combination of the above.

 

How does it work?

Every session starts with a quick chat to understand what your body needs that day. Then, your massage is tailored to release tension, restore mobility or help your nervous system to relax.

 

You can choose:

  • One-off sessions - perfect for a reset whenever your body needs it.

 

  • Monthly Memberships - regular monthly sessions to help keep your muscles, joints and nervous system in balance. Think of it like a car MOT, but for your body!

 

  • Bundles - flexible bundles of 3x or x6 for a specific massage. For example, vagus nerve massage or coming soon runners massage.

 

Freedom Massage: one-off sessions

Perfect for a reset whenever your body needs it.

45 minutes - €55

45-minute massage - A focused session targeted a specific area of the body.

75 minutes - €85

75-minute massage - A focused session targeted on the areas of your body that need it most on the day.

90 minutes - €110

90-minute massage - An extended session for deeper work and full-body care.

Freedom Massage: Monthly Memberships

Think of it as "monthly maintenance" for your body, like a car MOT. Regular massage helps you stay ahead of tension, stress and discomfort.

1x 75 minutes - €77,50/month

Ideal for ongoing maintenance and reducing tension in the body.

  • 1x 75 minute massage per month

 

  • 1 check-in per month to see how things are going

 

  • 1 massage to give away- per year (gift to a friend or loved one)

 

  • exclusive monthly self-care tips e.g. stretches, exercises, mindfulness tips

 

    • Payment link sent on 1st working day of each month

     

    • Roll-over to the next month if you're ill or on holiday

     

    • Cancel at any time

    2x 75 minutes - €150/month

    Ideal for ongoing maintenance and reducing tension in the body.
